Christmas and Other Gubbins

My family got our Christmas tree last night. It's sitting in "The Big Room" making the house smell good. We're going to decorate it after church today, which I'm really excited for.

Christmas really is coming up!! My cousins from California are coming in a few days after Christmas, and they're staying for a while. My cousin Asher is getting baptized here, I think.

It's supposed to snow this week. It's snowed a few times before, this year, but it hasn't stuck. Hopefully this one will.

I'm not excited to go back to school tomorrow. I've enjoyed Thanksgiving break more than I usually do. I don't really know why. I finished all of my homework yesterday, so I don't have to do any today! Woo hoo!

Well, it's nearly 7:15. I'd better start getting ready for church.

Au revoir!

There's a face that none can see.
A little less smiley,
A little less sure,
But a whole lot more like me."

Hello, and welcome! I'm Hadley, the author of this blog.
I'm an aspiring writer from Utah. My favorite thing to do is read, and I'm afraid I do it more than any other teenage girl I know.

A few things that you should know before continuing on in this blog:

-I talk about books constantly. Always. It's my thing.
-Harry Potter is the best.
-I'm a fangirl, and slightly hipster.
-Cats? Yeah, they're my fave.
-I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I know who I am, I know God's plan, I'll follow Him in faith. If you're against Mormonism, I suggest you find a different blog. Sorry-not-sorry.
-I'm only thirteen, and my views on things are a bit askew sometimes.

Aaaand... I think that's about it!

Thanks for reading, and I hope to see you again soon!

Over and out,
Hadley
